Refund Policy

No product is sold on a trial basis, therefore carefully consider specifications and select products based on application, before making a purchase from Novum Pumps Manufacturing (Pty) Ltd.

Return Policy (Do you want to cancel your purchase?)

Customers are entitled to cancel an order within 168 hours or 7 days (timed from the successful online purchase) - as contained in Section 44 of the ECT Act. The customer agrees to a handling fee of 10% of the value of the transaction and the cost of the courier service to return the goods to the physical address of Novum Pumps Manufacturing (Pty) Ltd, Unit 9 Pansera Building, 6 Hydro Street, Stikland, Western Cape, SA, should the customer wish to cancel the purchase completely.

Products returned must be in the original packing, undamaged, and in working order (products will be subject to technical inspection upon return). No item/s will be refunded which have been modified. Items must be returned to the physical address of Novum Pumps Manufacturing (Pty) Ltd, Unit 9 Pansera Building, 6 Hydro Street, Stikland, Western Cape, SA.

Refund Policy (Do you want your money back?)

Please note that no refunded are approved after 168 hours or 7 days (timed from the successful online purchase).

 

Courier and shiping costs are non-refundable and if a refund is approved, the cost of shipping will be deducted from the total refund value.

Note that all approved refund transactions may take up to 14 (fourteen) business days for the funds to be processed back into the customer’s account.

Incorrect product delivered (Did you received the wrong products?)

In the event of an incorrect product delivered please email returns@novumpumps.co.za.  We will arrange that the incorrect product to be collected and the correct product will be delivered to the customer.  The product must be in the original packaging and in working order.

Electrical Faults or Products Defects (Did you receive a faulty product?)

It is the customer’s responsibility to thoroughly check the products and advise us if there is any fault or damage. Please contact us within 48-hours (forty-eight) via email on returns@novumpumps.co.za if the product delivered has been damaged or faulty (due to electrical faults or product defects). The item/s will then be assessed and retested to confirm defect or fault. 

 

We will inform the customer via email of the approval or rejection of the request for a refund.

Refunds (I did not get my approved refund?)

Products which have been opened and used shall not be accepted for a full refund. No refunds will be considered if the product serial number or identification number is tampered or removed.

The customer shall be liable for all cost relating to the return of the products, including but not limited to the courier cost.  Novum Pumps Manufacturing (Pty) Ltd has the option to impose a 10% handling fee on returns.

 

If the refund was approved but not received, the customer is requested to consult the bank directly. If a credit card was used, the customer is requested to consult their credit card merchant directly
