All orders (including overnight and 2-day delivery) received by 5:00 PM CAT will require one full business day for processing and packing at our warehouse before being shipped. Standard delivery time is 3 to 4 business days, depending on weather (please see more info below).

 

Third Party Courier Service

We ship via Courier Guy and offer Next Day and 2-Day air shipping. Please note that orders are shipped and delivered on business days only (This excludes weekends and holidays).

 

Three delivery attempts will be made before the package is returned to us. Once returned, we must charge a R500.00 rerouting fee on all packages reshipped. To avoid this inconvenience, we recommend delivery to a commercially zoned residential or business address.

 

We cannot ship to PO, FPO, APO or IPO boxes.

 

In store pick up

You can pick up your order at our showroom Monday-Friday 9am - 4pm. If you have a larger order it may take a few hours to put together, so it may be best to call (+27 81 426 4365) beforehand so that we can have it ready for you.

 

Rates

We do not charge a flat rate for shipping. Instead we charge you what the desired shipping company charges us. The charge is based on weight and location. If we ship your order by another method, your order will be adjusted and you will be charged for the adjusted shipping cost after your order.

 

International shipments

International shipments are arranged directly by emailing shop@novumpumps.co.za.

 

Please be aware with international orders; customs fees, duties, taxes and or brokerage fees may apply. Please check with your local government/customs agent to see if any fees apply. These fees are not included in your order cost and are not handled by Novum Pump Manufacturing (Pty) Ltd. It is your responsibility to pay any fees that your government may require.
