Warranty

All goods sold by Novum Pumps Manufacturing (Pty) Ltd carry a limited 1-year warranty against material and workmanship defects, honoured by the manufacturer and is conditional to the manufacturer’s terms & conditions of use. The warranty claim will be processed in accordance with the manufacturers guidelines and conditions.

This warrant replaces all other warranties of quality, meaning that it takes precedence over any other warranties that may exist. In no event shall Novum Pumps Manufacturing (Pty) Ltd, nor it’s directors, partners and suppliers be liable for incidental, special, indirect or consequential damages nor damages arising out of the delay in shipment or production.
